Out With The Old

FOR A complete makeover of this 4 level home south of Venice Beach, it was only natural that the older style lift also be replaced. The Elfo 2 with an adjacent through car layout was fitted with a green Pirelli rubber to match the wraparound stairs. All other finishes were either clear glass or polished black stainless steel, including the frameless glass doors.

With an emphasis of light corridors throughout the home, including the glass bottomed swimming pool, the glass lift shaft also allowed for maximum light and views from outside in and vice versa.
