I am so pleased our OT directed us towards The Lift Shop. From the first phone call with Ian of their Melbourne office I knew we had found the place we wanted to purchase our internal lift from. We were invited into the showroom and had the chance to see the lift in operation and my wife tried same. Ian once again was excellent in his knowledge and engagement during this process. Ian was extremely patient with us during the purchasing process while we worked through the NDIS application for the lift. We had a longstanding issue with the initial absence of, and then inadequacy of, an external metal tank cover. This important plant, whilst under cover, was fully exposed and subject to a dusty, windy, external corridor. A tank cover was purchased. It was, however surplus kit and not equal to the dimensions of the base - permitting foliage and dust to penetrate the plant instrumentation. It was not fit for purpose. Under pandemic conditions the matter took some time to resolve. Alternative options were proposed, but did not seem suitable. The offer of a credit for the tank cover was proposed and rejected. JohnC came on the scene. He scoped the size and other modifications that were necessary on the actual cover to ensure it was adequately weather and damage proof and fit for purpose. The cover was eventually rectified and fitted perfectly. The ultimate solution. Thank you JohnC for a first class job, through which Liftshop’s reputation was indeed fully restored. Colin Mitchell.

I have just had a great experience with the Lift Shop. We are building a new home and did the due diligence to find a lift. Went to three companies for quotes and the Lift Shop was the one for us! Great showroom and price (not the lowest but quality for the price), Simon took the time to explain everything in detail, show me the many options available and managed the process efficiently. This week we went over everything just before the lift is built/delivered - Simon showed me some new (no extra cost) options and to double check I was happy with all my choices. Paperwork arrived via email that afternoon along with some surprise photos of what my new lift will look like - excellent service!

Choosing the right lift for my situation has been a satisfactory and pleasant experience with Liftshop, with Liam being informative and responsive during the initial stage. During the next stage of onsite preparation, Darren was always available to answer questions and to explain details. During the final stage, the lift installation was carried out extremely competently by Adrian, who was very experienced, meticulous, focussed and caring.During the whole process, it was discovered that the available instructions and drawings were lacking in various places. These need to be improved.Also, some of the parts were damaged in transit and need to be replaced.Overall, I am very happy with the outcome and look forward to many years of trouble-free use of my Q1 lift, and also reliable after-sales service.

The question is, would we recommend The Lift Shop?We most definitely would.Our house is in Qld and has front and rear exposed staircases of 18 steps each. They are a challenge for my 85 year old mother, especially when it rains and they are a challenge for my wife and I with the grocery bags, especially when it rains.We had looked at many options and decided to visit The Lift Shop in Eagle Farm Brisbane.Jarrik explained our options to us and helped us decide on the larger Q1 lift.It is big enough for a person in a compact wheelchair and a support person if needed in the future.We were able to see and use an installed Q1 and other lifts at The lift Shop.Jarrik helped us to find a great contractor to do pre install building works including plumbing and electricals that needed relocated.He also kept in touch to make sure we knew what was happening and when.All the contractors involved were always on time, friendly, considerate, tidy and clean.The lift is exactly what we needed, it is easy for Mum to use and it is more useful than we had imagined.You drive into the garage, grab the groceries, get in the lift and its a few steps to the kitchen, or less for Mum to her room, and you stay dry.Mum goes down, gets on her electric scooter and off she goes.It has given Mum more independence because she doesn't have to deal with the stairs at the beginning and end of every outing.You stay warm and dry when you go downstairs to get an armful of fire wood.The addition of the lift has changed many things in all of our lives that could sometimes be challenging and it has added to the overall value on our house.All aspects of the Lift install from the initial contact to the signing off when installed were straightforward thanks to all the staff and contractors from The lift Shop.I really liked the fact that Jarrik was the first person we spoke to, he stayed in touch all the way through and he was the last person to contact us when he called to make sure we were 100% happy.We are 100% happy. We had a Q1 installed approximately 12 months ago. The installation went extremely well, the technician’s onsite commented that it was one of the easiest installs that they had done. Tiffany was extremely helpful when we ordered the lift. Eleonore, has always been helpful with bookings etc and from the admin side of things excellent. We had a hiccup with the lift early after installation, however when we placed a service call the technicians arrive within 20mins and sorted out the issue. Matt one of the technicians, I cannot say enough about him, he was here for the install, commissioning of the lift, for the hiccup and just of late for the servicing. Overall i had a very good experience with The Liftshop and would personally recommend them. On time, on budget very professional.Simon the salesman was patient to all my questions being an owner builder putting in a lift for the first time. He returned my calls promptly and was very thorough. During the install Vinny discovered a problem with some measurements and after some calls to head office they accepted the error was that of a previous Liftshop employee. The problem was resolved at Liftshop cost. Vinny was an excellent tradesman to deal with - especially having to put up with an owner builder wanting to know this and that as to how it all worked during install.Follow up staff where also very quick to help resolve a few teeething problems due to the very windy location of an opening door. The lift has been in 18 months now and working well.

If you require a lift for either a high spec home, commercial showroom or business, then The LiftShop is the only place I would recommend.As a project manager for a medium size builder, we vet everything, totally dissecting it from the perspective of quality, service, price, and overall implementation. Liftshop nailed all of those categories and worked hard to provide a turnkey solution right down to payment and shipping/storage logistics at no added expense. Personally I am a firm believer in price not being everything and yet Liftshop scored with not only the BEST product in the industry (leading technology) but also beating an inferior elevator on price also. If you desire Ducati at Honda pricing, then give them a call.Firstly, I never award 5 stars because thats perfection and nobody meets that standard but what the hell, let's call it a typo and truly deserved.As far as service goes, our company was looked after by Simon Dowding the WA State Manager who excels on every level. Not only is he efficient, polite and honest but the entire approach was seamless. No hidden costs, no funny business or half truths, just the product (which speaks for itself) paired with transparent pricing. Simon is old world service and follows through long after the deal is done. I won't mention any names but some of their competitors were atrocious by comparison. Nobody else came close.In Germany, we have a saying....."the fish always stinks from the head". That is NOT the case here. Liftshop all the way across Australia and back to Europe seems to be run by good people who live/work by old world ethos of quality product matched with putting the client first. Thus far we have interacted with staff beyond WA, site managers/tech and into accounts, all of them proving extremely amiable.A notable mention also were the installers and supervisors (Ben Martion Darren Morton and Mark Johnston) who are incredibly helpful and polite. Thanks for a great experience. My wife and I have just had a beautiful E1 Italian lift installed by the Liftshop. The sales rep Simon was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in personalising the lift for my wife's disability. He was happy to attend a number of meetings to get the location, size and fixtures correct, and had a number of lifts in the showroom to show possible finishings. The installation went very smoothly thanks to Troy and his assistant Ben who were very professional, always turned up when they said they would, and did not leave a scratch on our lounge room floor despite a huge number of parts being stored there. Darren gave us our orientation when the lift was ready and speedily came back with the answers to our questions.The proof is in the pudding - we have a very attractive and smooth operating lift! After spending quite some time researching lift suppliers in Western Australia we decided on The Lift Shop. Reasons being the prompt and informed service, high quality product and a very reasonably priced product when taking into consideration the quality and technology.We have had our lift in place for 6 months now and are extremely pleased with our decision.The lift looks great, in very functional as we have all our living areas upstairs we are using it more than we had anticipated and have been surprised at how economical it is to use.The staff - Simon, Kien, Vince, Troy and all office staff we fantastic. Our lift was recently finished, it has been a positive journey from start to finish. Simon who was our first contact, he gave us some great, affordable ideas and extremely helpful, with questions I had aling the way. The installers Darren, Troy, and Kien - tester, were also fantastic! We had Liftshop retrofit a lift into an office building. The was difficult as you can imagine and the installers, Troy & Ben did a great job. The lift has now been in for 6 months and we are most pleased with the result. We have found that the staff of Liftshop are only too happy to assist with our queries. So in summary, Lift Shop did a great job for a good price and are only too happy to recommend them

Decision made to purchase a lift from the Lift Shop. Our initial dealings with Lift Shop sales personnel (Tiffany), based in Brisbane were courteous with all queries promptly answered. Attention to detail and follow-up was a trademark which saw them stand-out from their competitors. Installing a lift into an existing home is not without its challenges, creating lift shaft remote of local installer support and guidance can quickly become a nightmare if not managed effectively. The building of a good working relationship between builder and installer is critical for a “happy ending” when installation day arrives. The lift installers (Trent & Steve) were professional in their approach from the outset and displayed a high degree of patience despite the obstacles put their way by external parties. Work area was always maintained clean and tidy, they displayed all the attributes of a well-disciplined, self-managed work team. Queries were answered promptly and/or followed up in a timely manner. Commissioning of system (Joe and Trent) has now been completed in a very professional manner, with knowledge transfer appropriate for user. As the new custodians we look forward to many years of trouble-free use and ongoing support as required.

Requested a call out due to an issue with our lift on the Gold Coast. Response was prompt and efficient. Matt the technician who was sent out was well prepared for the job, efficient and conscientious. He was polite and respectful and bent over backwards to ensure he had things up and running before he left.If you need anything done from the Lift Shop, Matts the guy you want to ask for. Since being directed by our builder to contact the Lift Shop in Melbourne during the planning stages of our new home, our experience has been positive. From initially dealing with the sales people (Eric in particular) who provided us with all the lift options available to us, the installers and service people (John and Josh in particular), we have always been treated with respect and in a prompt and informative manner. We have lived in our home for over 3 years now and the lift has worked well and bee a great addition to the amenity of our home. For any people contemplating the installation of a lift into their existing or new home I recommend they visit their nearest Lift Shop.

This was the first lift install which I have experienced. Dealing onsite with the installers was a pleasure, they were very professional and accommodated our need with working together to not only have the lift installed but also allow access to the lift shaft to complete the in detail project. All questions and concerns were explained in detail during and after install. The installers were also clean and tidy in the small area which they had to perform the install. We have had an all glass lift installed by Lift shop and are thrilled with the product.The whole process ran seamlessly from the discussions with Simon leading to a full specification and detailed drawings to the manufacture in Italy and through to the installation.Full marks to Kien, Troy and Vince who had the lift up and running seven days from delivery on site.
