I was nervous about getting a lift installed, but dealing with the Lift Shop in Brisbane was seamless. Everyone we dealt with in this company couldn’t have been more helpful. Jarack from sales, the delivery guys, Joel and Tasman, Charlie from installations who did her best to fit in with our scheduling requirements, and a very special shout out to Boaz who installed our lift. He did a great job. His attention to detail was second to none. Thankyou! Even the after sales service has been fantastic. We reported a very minor non urgent issue with our lift, and the very next day someone (I’m sorry, I can’t remember his name) was out to look at it! Could not be happier with the product and the service we have received from The Lift Shop! If only all companies treated their clients as well as this company does! 5 stars +
