Our technicians attend on a scheduled calendar. Each visit includes full safety checks, emergency system testing, mechanical inspection, and replacement of wear components. Your first three years of servicing are included.
Coastal homes and high-dependence users may require quarterly servicing. Salt air accelerates corrosion, and frequent use increases wear.
We assess your property and usage during handover and recommend a tailored service schedule where necessary.
Servicing costs depend on your lift model, location, and frequency. After the first three included years, we provide transparent fixed-price annual service plans.
