TO CONTINUE to enjoy the beautiful waterfront location on the Port Hacking river, the owners were easily able to incorporate access from the rear of the street level garage and down to the home itself.
All that was required were some minor preparatory building works (concrete pit, retaining wall and door openings created) and then the installation of an opposite through car FreedomLift and anodised aluminium shaft.
Very easy and so much better than moving from a house and location that you love – and what a great view every ride.
