Venice Beach Home Transformed with ElfoLift 2 Integration

Located just south of Venice Beach, this four-level residence underwent a top-to-bottom transformation, blending old-world charm with sleek, modern design. Central to this transformation was the replacement of an outdated lift with a state-of-the-art ElfoLift 2, tailored to meet both the aesthetic and functional demands of the new design vision.

With the home featuring wraparound staircases, expansive corridors, and an architectural emphasis on natural light, the lift needed to contribute to the sense of openness rather than disrupt it. The solution? An E Series lift in an adjacent through car layout, complete with polished black stainless steel finishes and full clear glass panels. This choice not only elevated the property’s style but ensured seamless transparency and visibility between rooms, floors, and even exterior areas.

Adding a unique design flourish, the lift was finished with custom green Pirelli rubber flooring — a subtle nod to the surrounding staircase and interior scheme. This material choice provided excellent durability, slip resistance, and an unexpected pop of colour in an otherwise ultra-sleek palette.

The frameless glass doors enhance the illusion of space and clarity, while the polished black stainless steel provides a bold and contemporary edge.
