Allow 45 minutes at the Perth showroom. Your consultant sits down with you and your drawings first, then you ride the working lift and compare Italian finishes. It is an unhurried, private look at the range, shaped around your home.
Most Lift Shop clients invest $60,000 to $120,000, with bespoke commissions beyond. That covers supply, standard installation, testing and handover, and every quote is fixed for 12 months under the Lift Shop Price Lock. Builder works such as shaft construction are quoted separately. Exact pricing is confirmed at your design consultation, with no hidden costs.
It depends on your floor count, footprint and how you plan to use the lift. The A Series is Australia's best seller and travels 2 to 6 levels, the C Series is the specialist where space is tight, and the E Series is the flagship at twice the speed of its class. Your consultant assesses your plans at the Belmont showroom and recommends the right fit. Every model includes In Cabin Self Rescue and is built to AS 1735.
Yes. Lift Shop installs across Perth new builds, renovations and knock-down-rebuilds, working directly with your builder and architect from the engineering drawings onward. Recent Western Australian projects at City Beach, Cottesloe, North Fremantle and Dianella show what is achievable in both new construction and established homes.
The C Series is the specialist for tight footprints: a pit from 150mm, no machine room, and a cabin that still carries four people. Bring your plans to Belmont and your consultant will show you exactly how the C Series footprint compares to the A and E Series. Finishes from mirrored glass to timber laminates suit both period and contemporary Western Australian interiors.
Yes. Fully weatherproofed outdoor models are UV-resistant, thermally controlled and rustproofed, which suits Western Australian homes with external access, pool pavilions or split-level blocks. Lift Shop installs throughout Perth coastal suburbs including City Beach, Cottesloe and North Fremantle, and finishes are specified to suit the site. Talk it through with your consultant at the Belmont showroom.
Your builder usually constructs the shaft to Lift Shop engineering drawings, prepared to AS 1735 and the National Construction Code. Lift Shop can also supply the Bones Only Shaft, a certified self-supporting steel structure your builder simply clads. Building the shaft early and installing the lift later is fully supported and often the smartest sequence.
Yes. A lift lets you stay in the home and suburb you love rather than moving for the sake of stairs. Lift Shop retrofits into established Western Australian housing with minimal structural impact, a home lift boosts property value, and it supports ageing in place safely.
A showroom visit and consultation first, then model selection, a fixed quote, approvals, manufacturing in Italy, installation, testing and handover. The Perth team works directly with your builder or architect throughout, so the lift lands inside your program rather than interrupting it.
Every Lift Shop lift includes In Cabin Self Rescue, an exclusive system that lets occupants return to a landing and step out without waiting for a technician. A GSM emergency phone, door interlocks, overload sensors and automatic descent are also standard, and every lift is built to AS 1735. Your consultant demonstrates all of it at the Belmont showroom. There is more detail on our safety systems page.
Book online using the Book Your Showroom Experience button, or call 08 9460 0666. Your visit is hosted by Simon Dowding at Shop 15/75 Robinson Ave, Belmont. Virtual appointments are available too.
Lift Shop has installed more than 12,000 lifts since 1996 and backs the Belmont showroom with a Western Australian team.
