Four-storey townhouse development frontage at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast

Four A Series Home Lifts in a Palm Beach Townhouse Development

Palm Beach, Gold Coast

One lift for every home on the site

Lift Shop installed four A Series home lifts in a Palm Beach townhouse development on the Gold Coast, one for each home. Every lift serves four levels, from the garage to the top floor, so each owner moves between the car, the living areas and the ocean views without a stair.

The development is four townhouses on one site, each four storeys tall over a double garage. Bedrooms sit through the middle of every home and the best of the outlook sits at the top. A home that tall asks a lot of legs and arms every day. A lift answers it from the day the keys change hands.

A glass door that belongs in the hallway

The lift door sits beside the staircase, framed in black with a full-height glass panel. It reads as part of the entry, not as equipment added later. The pale stone-look floor runs straight to the threshold and the garage opens just beyond it.

That position matters. Groceries, bags and guests arrive at the garage level and travel up without ever meeting a step.

What builders and developers gain

Four lifts on one site means one specification repeated four times: the same lift type, the same four stops and the same black finish in every home. A repeated specification keeps coordination simple for the builder and gives every buyer the same result.

A lift planned into the design at the start also sits where the architect wants it. It never competes with a staircase or takes a room that was meant for something else.

Black, mirror and quiet detail

Inside, the cabin is matt black with a full-height mirror panel, so the small space reflects the hall and feels larger than it is. The black landing doors echo the black window frames and stair rails seen through the home.

The quiet detail carries through to the controls. The buttons sit in the cabin wall within easy reach, and the door opens straight onto the hall. All four lifts reached handover in 2026. Each owner has the 8-year warranty.

Why it works for a development

One lift per home

Every townhouse has its own lift, so no owner shares access or waits for a neighbour.

One finish, four times

Matt black cabins, full-height mirrors and black landing doors give the whole development a consistent look.

Garage to top floor

Four stops connect the car, the living areas and the ocean outlook with a single ride.
