THE CONVERSION of this heritage building on Sydney’s lower north shore into two apartments proved to be a unique project. After close collaboration with the architect and builder, Lift Shop provided a 3 stop Elfo 2 and bones only shaft with fire rated landing doors.
With design being an important factor, the 1100mm x 1400mm cabin was fitted with Similinox skinplate trims, full height mirror on the back wall and Avorio PPS11 skinplate on the two side walls. To accommodate the fire rated landing doors, each landing was fitted with wall mounted landing buttons, the doors themselves were painted to suit the individual apartment colour schemes which gave a more customised look.
End result – another stunning lift!
