Every measurement had to be perfect to ensure the lift and its glass shaft would nest seamlessly within the available space. The result? The shaft uses stopsol reflective glass, engineered to deflect heat and reduce glare, while a solar-powered air vent positioned at the top helps regulate internal temperatures naturally. The homeowners have confirmed that the cabin remains cool and comfortable in all conditions, no matter the season.
To ensure uninterrupted use in all weather, the top-level balcony exit was enclosed with a frameless glass barrier, shielding passengers from wind and rain while preserving sightlines and openness.
