As an example, whilst building our new home, we had asked Lift Shop to make some adjustments to the lift position (post installation and handover), the issue was not related to their install but an issue with my builder, they dropped everything and made the changes the next day, I could not have thanked them enough because it save me many thousands of dollars in rework and building delays.
