They tried everything to fix the issue. Their customer service is very tops in class and friendly. It’s impossible to fix the root cause of noise at the visit. Last week, the company called in for scheduling today’s visit. Again their attitude and willingness to work out the best are remarkable. We have a domestic lift that is serviced regularly by Lift Shop. I have never known a technician to be late. They unfailingly arrive at the scheduled time and carry out their important work efficiently, courteously and tidily. Modern lifts are complicated devices, but that does not prevent the technicians from explaining exactly what they have done and why. Thank you Bernhard, James, Kayne, Aldo and colleagues.

After thoroughly reviewing the lift market I installed a three level lift from Liftshop in my new build. As I will require a bi lateral knee replacement in the future it was one of the best decisions I made during the build and after six months living in my new home I love my new lift. The team at Liftshop made the install seamless and the service team have continued their good work. Aldo arrived today for the second service which was thorough and efficiently performed. He was on time, very polite and happily checked an issue I had which was not part of the standard service procedure. I would highly recommend the whole team from Liftshop.
