The attention to detail in every aspect is obvious in this contemporary new hillside home in Brisbane’s Morningside. Spanning three levels, the owners wanted to have both the convenience of a home elevator whilst also making an eye-catching statement with its centrally placed location. With this in mind, a one sided glass shaft was the obvious design choice which looks great but also makes the ride more enjoyable for users.
As the inside walls of the shaft are very visible, the drive wall was painted in matte black whilst the other two walls were clad in a gloss black laminate, the mix between these finishes and the glass wall was a perfect blend.
With a combination of anodised aluminium, polished stainless steel, transparent glass, similinox skinplate and custom timber flooring, we are proud of the end result and how well the ElfoLift fitted the owners design brief.
