Set along Brisbane’s coveted riverside in Indooroopilly, this architectural masterpiece leaves no detail to chance. Every inclusion, every surface, and every decision has been made with an eye toward sustainability, style, and future functionality. Among those considered design choices was the selection of a premium Italian-engineered ElfoLift — blending timeless aesthetics with modern convenience.
Lift Shop collaborated closely with the homeowners and design team to ensure that the lift would reflect both the technical and visual sophistication of the home. A two-stop ElfoLift was selected, sized at 1050mm x 1300mm — perfectly suited to the space and circulation requirements of the property.
The cabin interior was finished with high-quality materials that balanced elegance and durability. On the left wall, a half-height mirror was paired with a brushed stainless steel handrail, adding both functionality and a sense of openness. The remaining walls were clad in Similinox skinplate, a subtle stainless steel lookalike finish known for its sleek appearance and easy maintenance. Framing all components were brushed stainless steel profiles, adding a refined edge to the overall design.
To tie the lift into the broader interior design scheme, custom tiled flooring was installed in the cabin, selected to harmonise with the home’s flooring and material palette. The final detail — and a standout feature — was the installation of white panoramic glass swing doors. These stylish doors offer a contemporary aesthetic while allowing light to flow through the space, enhancing both the look and feel of the lift.
As always, the design intent wasn’t just visual — it was about creating a lifestyle. This ElfoLift adds effortless access between levels and supports the homeowners’ goal of long-term, sustainable living in place.
