Kitchen with stone island and timber joinery in a Sanctuary Cove home

Eight A Series Home Lifts in a Sanctuary Cove Development

Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast

Eight residences, eight lifts

Lift Shop installed eight A Series home lifts in a waterfront development at Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast, one for each residence. Every lift serves three levels, running from the garage to the first and second floors, so each owner has a private ride from the car to the top of the home.

The residences are three-bedroom homes over a lock-up garage, with a stone-topped kitchen and timber joinery on the main floor. The lift is the quickest way from the car to every room. Eight homes mean eight owners who never have to carry a thing up a stair.

Open A Series home lift cabin with black walls and a half mirror

A cabin in black and mirror

Inside, the cabin is matt black on the walls and ceiling, with a half-height mirror on the back wall and brushed stainless steel trim at the edges. Downlights in the ceiling give the small space a warm glow.

The landing door matches. Its black frame sits flush with the dark joinery and window frames around it, so the lift reads as part of the home and not as equipment added after the fact.

What builders and developers gain

Eight lifts in one development call for one specification. The same lift type, the same three stops and the same black finish go into every residence. One specification keeps coordination simple for the builder and gives every buyer the same result.

The lifts were ordered in 2022 and the homes were handed over across about three weeks in August and September 2024. Eight lifts in that window is a program, and it needs a team that plans it. Our Lift Consultants work with builders and developers from the first plans to the last handover.

Every residence has its own lift, so no owner shares access or waits for a neighbour. That is a clear point of difference at sale, and it protects every home for the owner who plans to stay.

Lift Shop has installed 12,000+ home lifts since 1996. A development of this size draws on all of it: one team, one program and one result repeated eight times.

Why it works for a development

One lift per residence

Every home has its own lift, so each owner has private access from the garage to the top floor.

One finish, eight times

Matt black cabins, half-height mirrors and black landing doors give the whole development a consistent look.

Garage to second floor

Three stops connect the car, the main living floor and the upper level with a single ride.
