Project Context: Designing for Elegance and Accessibility

The homeowners envisioned a multi-level residence that combined sleek aesthetics with practical comfort. Spanning three levels, the property required a vertical transport solution that not only delivered smooth, reliable performance but also complemented the home’s sophisticated interior design. Enter the Lift Shop E1 elevator, a premium model tailored to meet these demands.

Casone Homes, known for crafting quality and detail-oriented homes, partnered closely with Lift Shop to specify a lift system that fit seamlessly within the architectural plans, enhancing the overall flow and usability of the space.

Technical Specifications and Customisations

• Landing Doors: The doors are constructed from solid steel and finished with a powder coat in RAL Smooth 9005, a rich matte black. This bold, elegant colour choice perfectly anchors the lift visually within the home, blending contemporary style with a timeless feel.
• Cabin Walls: The cabin walls are clad in exquisite Italian Skinplate with the N3S Nero Opaco finish. This deep, matte black surface adds texture and sophistication, giving the interior a luxurious, tactile quality.
• Profiles and Car Operating Panel (COP): Both feature brushed stainless steel-look Italian Skinplate, creating a polished contrast to the dark walls while maintaining a sleek, minimalist aesthetic.
• Ceiling: Four LED spotlights are embedded in the ceiling, providing bright, energy-efficient illumination that enhances the lift’s interior without overpowering the subtle design elements.
