This stunning property, which took full advantage of breathtaking ocean views, spans four levels of luxurious living. To ensure that the owners could move easily between floors and continue enjoying their panoramic vistas, Lift Shop was appointed to install a custom E1 home elevator—perfectly designed to blend into the home’s high-end aesthetic while adding both practicality and elegance.
The two-piece swing doors of the lift were finished in RAL 9003 Matt Smooth, offering a clean, contemporary look that complements the property’s modern design. Custom glass inserts in the doors ensure both privacy and style, creating a welcoming entrance that matches the sophisticated finishes found throughout the home.
Inside the lift cabin, the walls were finished with RHS Arpa Black 509, a luxurious black material that provides a bold and elegant contrast. The rear wall features a full mirror, which visually expands the space, enhancing both the sense of openness and the overall luxury feel of the cabin. The left-hand side wall continues with the Arpa Black 509 finish, ensuring continuity and sophistication throughout the interior.
The profiles and ceiling were finished in RAL 9004 Matt Smooth, adding a refined, matte texture that complements the sleek and modern design of the lift. The clean, matte finish ties the entire cabin together, ensuring a seamless integration with the rest of the home’s interior design.
The vertical flush car operating panel (COP) was also finished in RAL 9004 Matt Smooth, providing an ergonomic and stylish interface for easy lift operation. This modern design ensures the lift operates smoothly while adding to the lift’s overall elegance.
The floor of the lift was custom-designed by the client to match the rest of the home’s luxurious flooring, ensuring the lift’s interior perfectly blends into the home’s overall aesthetic. This bespoke flooring further personalizes the lift, creating a cohesive look that ties the entire living space together.
With a cabin size of 1150mm x 1070mm, the E1 lift provides comfortable access between levels, and the travel distance of 7710mm ensures smooth, reliable movement across all four levels of the home, making it as convenient as it is stylish.
