For this new three-level home, the chosen solution was the E1 home lift—a perfect blend of luxury, function, and sleek design. With a single-entry layout and generous cabin dimensions of 1100mm wide by 1320mm deep, the lift provides spacious travel across all levels with ease. The finishes speak volumes. The cabin walls and ceiling are wrapped in elegant Avorio PPS11 skinplate—a creamy, soft-toned finish that creates a warm and welcoming interior. A half-height mirror enhances the sense of space, while polished stainless steel profiles and a matching handrail add a refined metallic contrast. The overall aesthetic is clean, timeless, and upscale.
On the exterior, the doors were customised in RAL 9004 black powdercoated aluminium, with large panoramic glass inserts that allow light to flood through and offer a glimpse into the stylish interior. These clear glass doors contribute to the seamless integration of the lift into the home’s architecture—sleek yet subtle, functional yet beautiful.
One of the standout features of this installation is its access to a spectacular rooftop level. With panoramic neighbourhood views and a rooftop terrace designed for outdoor living, entertaining, and relaxation, the lift transforms from a convenience into a key lifestyle enabler.
