At Lift Shop™, we believe choosing a home lift should be exciting, not confusing, not risky, and definitely not full of surprises. That’s why we do things differently.
We don’t just install lifts. We offer real value, backed by transparency, scale, and a system that protects your time and money from start to finish.
We install more than 1,200 lifts a year, more than any other home lift company in Australia. That volume gives us serious buying power with our Italian manufacturing partners, and we pass those savings directly to you.
Because we run a high-efficiency, high-volume operation with five local offices, a U.S. presence, and over 200+ dedicated staff, we distribute costs smartly. This gives you unbeatable value for money.
Experience + Efficiency + Scale = A Better Deal for You
Every Lift Shop™ lift is sourced from trusted manufacturers in Italy, with engineering and finishes to match.
From production to installation, we manage the full process in-house. No middlemen. No inflated costs. Just seamless logistics from factory to front door.
That’s how we confidently lock your quote for 12 months, even in a volatile construction market.
We don’t do vague estimates. We don’t surprise you with “site complexity” charges later. We quote properly the first time, and we stick to it.
“No Hidden Extras” isn’t a slogan. It’s a contract.
Construction timelines are fragile. A delayed lift can stall every trade. That’s why our team of 200+ professionals runs on precision and reliability.
“They arrived right on the dot — professional, efficient, and drama-free.”
Our lifts don’t just run quietly. So do our projects.
An 8-year warranty, as standard. Not an upsell.
Most companies offer 1–3 years with exclusions. We offer Australia’s longest coverage, built into the price, because our lifts are engineered to last.
Secure today’s price with a low deposit. No hefty upfronts. No complex terms.
We’ve designed our payment model to protect your budget and cash flow, especially on longer builds.

Our standard installation includes the lift supply (cabinet, cabin, doors, and all mechanical components), engineering drawings, complete installation labour, site scaffold provision, testing, handover, and operator training. We also include ICSR technology, a GSM emergency phone, and initial adjustment. We do not charge separately for items that are essential to a working lift.
What is not included in standard installation are builder works such as shaft construction, pit preparation, or structural modifications. These are assessed during the site survey and quoted separately so you know exactly what the lift supplier is providing versus what the builder needs to provide.
No Hidden Costs means that your quoted price includes everything necessary to deliver a fully operational, tested, and safe lift ready for handover. We do not issue a low base price and then add charges for scaffolding, engineering, ICSR, emergency communication, storage, or testing. These are included from the outset. Our commitment is that the final invoice matches the quote unless you have requested a change to the scope.
It also means our quote is locked for 12 months. If your project is delayed, your price does not increase simply because time has passed. We do not use vague language such as "site complexity" or "final pricing subject to site conditions". No Hidden Costs is a contract principle, not a marketing slogan.
Legitimate price variations occur when you request a change to the scope — for example, upgrading cabin finishes, adding extra stops, or changing door types. We will provide a written quote for any scope change, and you must approve it in writing before we proceed with manufacture. We do not proceed without your approval.
We do not charge for variations arising from our assessment or site conditions that we could have identified during the site survey. If your builder discovers that the pit is shallower than shown on original plans, we do not charge you for that. Our survey obligation is to get the site specifications right the first time. If genuine unforeseen conditions occur during installation that affect the scope, we will notify you and quote the variation before proceeding.
The 12-month price lock means that the price quoted remains valid for 12 months from the date you accept the quote. If your project is delayed and you ask us to proceed within that 12-month window, your original price stands. You are protected from price increases caused by inflation, supply chain changes, or currency movements during that period.
If your project extends beyond 12 months, we will discuss the timeline with you and provide a revised quote if necessary. However, we work closely with builders to coordinate the installation into your build schedule, so extended delays are uncommon. The 12-month price lock gives you peace of mind that your budget is protected for a full year.
We require a low deposit to secure your place in our manufacturing schedule, followed by stage-based payments aligned to key project milestones. This approach ensures you do not provide free long-term financing to the lift company. You pay when we deliver value, not months or years in advance.
Typical payment stages are aligned to design approval, manufacture completion, delivery to site, and final handover. Exact payment terms are detailed in your quote and payment terms agreement. We do not require large upfront payments or payments that exceed the value we have delivered at each stage. Our philosophy is simple: you buy a lift, you do not finance the lift company’s operations.
To compare quotes fairly, ensure each supplier lists the same scope: the lift supply, engineering drawings, scaffold provision, ICSR technology (if you want it), GSM emergency phone, installation labour, testing, and handover. Next, check what is included in the warranty and service costs. Then compare the lift models themselves — speeds, capacities, noise levels, and energy consumption.
Many competitors offer a low base price by excluding items we include as standard. When you add up all the inclusions, total cost is often similar. However, our 12-month price lock, No Hidden Costs commitment, and 8-year warranty mean you face far fewer surprises during and after the project. Request itemised quotes from all suppliers and compare them on the same line items.
Yes. We include scaffold provision and safety equipment as standard in every quote. Many home lifts are installed in houses with limited access, narrow hallways, or tight stairwells, making professional scaffold essential to do the job safely and protect your home’s finishes.
Scaffold is not an optional extra at Lift Shop. It is a standard inclusion because it is fundamental to safe, professional installation. When you compare our quote with others, check whether scaffold is included or quoted separately. If a competitor quotes significantly lower, ask whether scaffold, safety barriers, and site protection are included in their price. These are items you will definitely need — it is better that they are explicit from the start.
