Every Lift Shop™ model is backed by an 8 year warranty, the longest of its kind in the country.
This isn’t an optional upgrade. It’s standard. Because when we say our lifts are built to last, we mean it.
Applies to all new lift sales from 1st July 2025. Offer available in metropolitan areas only.
Terms and Conditions apply.
Peace of mind isn’t something you pay extra for. It’s part of the package.
The 8-year warranty covers all parts and labour for any mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or safety system failure that occurs during normal use. Coverage begins at the installation and testing date and lasts either 8 years or 80,000 trips, whichever comes first. The warranty applies as long as you service your lift at least twice per year as required.
The warranty covers the motor, pump, valves, door mechanisms, cabin structure, safety sensors, ICSR system, cabin finishes, and electronic components. It does not cover normal wear items such as brake pads, seals, or lubricants. See full warranty coverage.
The warranty is voided if you fail to service your lift at least twice per year, attempt to modify or repair the lift yourself, exceed the rated weight capacity, use the lift for commercial purposes, or allow someone other than Lift Shop technicians to service it. Damage caused by misuse, accident, natural disaster, or operator error is also not covered.
Regular servicing prevents hidden damage and ensures safety systems remain compliant. Review full warranty terms if unsure.
Yes. The 8-year warranty covers both parts and labour at no additional cost. If a covered component fails, we provide the replacement part and dispatch a trained technician to install it at no charge to you.
This is one of the strongest warranties in the Australian residential lift market. See full parts and labour coverage.
The warranty is personal to you as the original purchaser and does not automatically transfer to a new owner when you sell your home. However, if the new owner continues servicing with us, we can discuss arrangements for the remaining period.
Contact us regarding warranty transfer options.
Covered components include the motor, pump, hydraulic valves, door mechanisms, safety sensors, ICSR system, cabin frame, electrical boards, and mechanical linkages.
Wear items such as brake pads, seals, gaskets, lubricants, and trim components are not covered as they are expected maintenance. View the full parts coverage list.
Warranty coverage begins at the installation and testing date, not the handover date. Coverage starts once the lift has been commissioned and approved.
Your warranty certificate confirms the warranty start date.
An 80,000-trip limit is generous for typical family homes. A trip is one complete journey from one floor to another. At 2–5 trips per day, 80,000 trips could take decades to reach.
Your warranty lasts whichever comes first: 8 years or 80,000 trips. See full warranty terms.
After the 8-year warranty expires, you may continue servicing your lift with us. You will pay for parts and service visits, but our technicians remain available and your lift will not be abandoned.
We also offer post-warranty options including extended coverage and service plans.
