Coastal Elevation: Trio of Custom ElfoLifts for Maroochydore Beachside Homes

Set just steps from the shoreline in sun-drenched Maroochydore, this standout beachside development was designed as three distinct homes — each with its own character, but united by a shared emphasis on contemporary coastal living. When the developers turned to Lift Shop, the brief was clear: deliver tailored lift solutions for all three homes that would complement their individual interiors and enhance long-term livability. The result? Three ElfoLifts — each fitted with finish combinations to match its setting and function.

The main residence, situated at the front of the block and commanding the best ocean views, became the hero of the project. This four-stop ElfoLift was fitted with premium finishes to match the high-spec interior. The cabin walls were clad in Inox Austentit, a sleek and refined stainless steel finish, while the profiles were completed in Inox BA Mecc — a brushed finish that added depth and modern polish. Underfoot, a beautifully finished bamboo timber floor tied the lift perfectly into the rest of the home’s flooring, creating visual continuity across all levels.

The landing doors were anodised and fitted with frosted glass, offering both privacy and light diffusion. Adding a final flourish, custom timber trims were applied around each door opening — creating a warm, handcrafted detail that elevated the entire aesthetic of the lift. The end result was a perfect blend of sophistication and subtlety, enhancing the value and usability of this landmark property.
